Join Baseline Pickleball for a Thanksgiving week co-ed scramble built for fun, community, and giving back. Mix with new partners each round in a laid-back, competitive-but-casual scramble format. No DUPR rating is required; just bring your paddle and your appetite.
This year we're teaming up with New Creations Church to help put Thanksgiving dinners on the table for local families in need. Bring a canned or boxed food item to donate, think canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, boxed stuffing, mashed potato mix, mac & cheese, or a boxed pie/cornbread mix.
We've got you covered on game day, snacks and Thanksgiving-themed desserts will be provided, so come ready to play, eat, and give back. Stick around for a raffle giveaway between rounds too.

Date: Saturday, November 21
Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Format: Co-ed scramble, all skill levels welcome
Entry: $30/player
Bring: A canned or boxed food donation (canned veggies, cranberry sauce, boxed stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, etc.) to benefit families through New Creations Church
Provided: Snacks & Thanksgiving-themed desserts
Prizes: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Our service includes event coordination, player registration, bracket creation, and scheduling to ensure matches run efficiently and on time. We utilize structured formats such as round-robin, single elimination, or double elimination based on your event goals and participant levels.
We manage all on-site operations, including court assignments, scorekeeping, and match progression, while maintaining clear communication with players and staff. Our team ensures fair play by enforcing rules and providing experienced oversight throughout the tournament.
Additional offerings include equipment setup, signage, volunteer coordination, and real-time results tracking to keep participants and spectators informed and engaged.

We offer full-service pickleball league management designed to create a structured, engaging, and social playing experience for participants of all skill levels. Whether you’re organizing a recreational community league or a more competitive season, we handle all aspects from setup to final standings.
Our service includes player registration, skill-level grouping, and schedule creation to ensure balanced matchups and consistent weekly play. We organize league formats such as ladder play, round-robin rotations, or team-based competition depending on your goals and player base.
We oversee ongoing league operations, including match scheduling, court assignments, score tracking, and standings updates. Clear communication is maintained throughout the season so players stay informed about match times, results, and rankings.
Additional support includes equipment setup, league rules enforcement, and optional coordination of playoffs, championships, or end-of-season events to keep participants motivated and engaged.

About Us
Meet the people behind Baseline Pickleball
Our Story: From a Shared Court to the Gold Standard
Every great venture begins somewhere. For Baseline Pickleball, it began on the pickleball court, where three people from very different professional backgrounds connected through a shared passion for the game.
Eddie, a program manager with a background in building and executing complex projects, Rick, an experienced cybersecurity leader with a strategic and operational mindset, and Hiep, a finance professional with a strong passion for pickleball, all met through playing the sport. What started as games, conversations, and friendly competition quickly developed into a friendship and a shared vision for what the pickleball experience could become.
The Turning Point
The more we played together, from recreational games to competitive events, the more we recognized an opportunity. We loved pickleball and the community surrounding it, but we also believed amateur players deserved events that felt more intentional, organized, and memorable.
We shared a passion for delivering high level experiences, and began asking a simple question, what if we could bring a more professional level of execution to community pickleball without losing what makes the sport fun and welcoming?
That idea became Baseline Pickleball.
Three Backgrounds, One Vision
Each of us brought something different to the table. Eddie brought project execution, logistics, and organization. Rick brought strategy, leadership, and operational experience. Hiep brought a financial perspective, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the sport and its community.
Together, those different strengths helped shape our mission, to create premium pickleball experiences built around competition, connection, and community.
The Vision Realized
Today, Baseline Pickleball is about much more than hosting tournaments. We create experiences where players can compete, meet new people, challenge themselves, and feel part of something bigger.
From competitive tournaments and leagues to community events and partnerships, we continue to build around the same principles that brought the three of us together in the first place:
